PETA pisses me off

I just sent this to them after unsuccessfully unsubscribing—twice—from their mailing list, which I never signed up for in the first place:

I have never subscribed to PETA’s email list, nor used any of its services, nor ever, in my memory, visited its website. I received an unsolicited email from PETA about a month ago, got annoyed, and unsubscribed. Your site told me I unsubscribed successfully. Then, this evening, I received a second unsolicited email from PETA. I again unsubscribed, and your site told me I was unsubscribed successfully.

If PETA continues to send me email messages in an unsolicited manner and if your site continues to tell me that I have successfully unsubscribed when it is clear that I am still, unwillingly, on the PETA mailing list, I will be forced to pursue appropriate action with the Federal Trade Commission, as outlined in the CAN SPAM Act of 2008.

Please notify me immediately when this problem has been corrected on your end, and when I am fully and finally removed from receiving any and all emails from PETA and its affiliates.
