Back at the end of May, this was the email that started all this New Orleans business. Wholesale organization began just eight days ago… not bad, procrastination. Not bad at all.

Subject: Summer plans: New Orleans?This is really random, but I’m going through some sort of life-reevaluation phase and am thinking about quitting my job and going off to do something I actually want to be doing. So, I was thinking about working enough over the next month to pay off my car insurance and other debts, and to get some money for a flight to New Orleans sometime near the end of June… maybe raise some money to pay dues to whatever program I sign up with… and helping to rebuild some homes down there for a month.
Does this sound at all interesting to you? I won’t take offense if you say no or if you already have summer plans.
