I just made a 1-5/8-inches-tall stack of flash cards for Latin. I’d estimate that’s about 175 cards. And that’s only the verbs, adverbs, prepositions, conjunctions, and interjections. I still have pronouns, nouns, adjectives, and idioms to go. But that’s a task for another night.
I shouldn’t have run the 3.7 miles that I ran on Saturday. Though I thought I stretched enough both before and after, both of my legs are ridiculously stiff from top to bottom, and it pretty much hurts to walk on anything other than a flat surface. Wait, I take that back. It hurts to walk across a flat surface, too. I guess that’s what I get for trying something so ambitious after not having run in almost a month.
Well, I’ve got lots of schoolwork left, and it’s already 2:20 in the morning. It’s 24º outside, but it’s hovering around 78º in my room. Space heaters are lovely things, you know.
Back to work!

good luck with your latin! flash cards are kind of awesome because they’re like a game. if you’re bored and, say, on the metro (though I guess that doesn’t really happen on the wesleyan campus…) it’s more fun to take them out and quiz yourself than to just sit there. yaay!
have a totes sweet day
I’m so glad you finally got some heat in your room. It’s cold! Brrr!
