The latter half of my day, summarized

• Went to dinner. Met Joe, who apparently is a friend of Thom Beckwith. Came across my second lost-and-found item of the day (a student’s paycheck).
• Studied a bit (and nearly fell asleep) in SciLi.
• Help Desk from 7:45 until 10. I had to call P-Safe to alarm the place when I left. Oh, and I worked with a laptop that I’m almost positive (by the smell of it, and patches of pink crust) had been exposed to a serious bout of vomit. Fucking gross!
• Hung out with Joan and Jia in SciLi for a bit, and finished my Goldwater reading days before it is due!
• Burnt some tortillas, and made the popcorn I bought from the Boy Scouts.

Also, my 504 plays of The Weakerthans last week translates into 72 tracks per day. At an estimated average of 3.5 minutes per track, that’s 4.2 hours daily of listening to nothing but The Weakerthans. Aww, yeah!
