The view from Indian Hill

The other night, after dining with a bunch of people at Usdan, six of us went to Indian Hill to walk around and watch the sun set. Here, Michelle and I are transfixed as we watch the sun set over the hills surrounding the valley. (We’re pretty much right across the street from my house.) The sun set over the lush hills lining the valley, but just before it reached the hill, a dark cloud obscured its setting and the sun disappeared into the cloud. Janet, Jia, Joan, and Emily were there, too, to watch the cloud eat the sun; after, we went back to the house and I served everyone some juicy, delicious watermelon. It was a good night.
