I just took a crazy four-hour nap during which I woke up approximately every 20 minutes to turn off the alarm I kept setting on the computer. I’m still so tired. And in general lately, I’m tired. I guess today the exhaustion is warranted since I was up at 8:00 to move a bunch of computers, printers, refrigerators, and microwaves into dorm rooms. But really, why so tired? I don’t know.

the whole waking up every 20 minutes probably kept you from getting any worthwhile deep sleep. sounds like you kinda just teased your brain into thinking it was gonna get a good rest. over and over again.
How mean of me.
