Smoke and mirrors and grand illusions

Things are gradually coming into sharper focus as I try to extricate myself from certain attachments. I’m slowly realizing that certain things that seemed desirable a month ago, or even a few days ago, are now both unattainable and unwise. And that’s a good thing.
