A phenomenal show by B. B. King, and a new job

Emo Justin

I went to Foxwoods tonight to meet Chris, and we saw B. B. King perform. It was tremendous. The guy’s 81 years old (and he let us know several times) but he still has a very powerful voice. He sat down the whole time, which is understandable for someone his age, but still put on a great show. His skill with Lucille (his guitar) was evident, and the rest of his band performed well, too. I particularly liked the trumpet player.

Phil Isaacs emailed me back and it appears I’ve gotten the job. w00t. He says he’s got a project for me to work on, designing a website for a professor that incorporates PHP. Can you say, learning opportunity? I can.

Oh man, I’m so emo. Look at me.

Now, sleep.
